Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping time is an average of 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
We offer standard shipping 5-7 business day transit time). Delivery options for PO Box addresses and expedited carrier options are also available. We do not ship outside the United States.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address input at the time of ordering. If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at info@oriellenicole.com with the correct shipping address before your order is processed. Once shipped, we will not be responsible for the wrong address.
If a package is returned to Orielle Nicole, LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the additional delivery cost. Orielle Nicole, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.
Orielle Nicole, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Orielle Nicole, LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
